Consulting Stage

We will communicate with you based on information received until the complete description is laid out and all rules are clearified. This process frequently requires a few Skype session time. There is no obligation for clients to use our service until payment is made.

After carefully review the strategy, service fee is quoted and programming time line is also proposed. Clients will confirm the final rules and make the payment.

Anytime during this stage, client can require NDA to be signed.
Developing Stage

The first testing version will be received within the proposed time line, In most cases, delivery of the first test version is from 1 day to 1 week.

We will work closely while clients back testing the forward testing the strategy. Clients are expected to actively testing immediately following the initial delivery for 1-4 weeks. Any issue found is reviewd carefully and addressed promptly. All required agreed within original scope must met before a project can be considered complete.

If during the process, client wish to change the logic or any other specifications, we will try to accommodate, signifcant changes may require additional payments.
Supporting Stage

We are committed to deliver a product as promised. Clients are welcome to forward testing for as long as necessary until they are completely confident.

We will deliver the final version of the source code and finalize the project upon client's acknowledgement and request. If client can make a reasonable argument that we fails to deliver the product and unable to fix the code within a reasonable time frame, refund can be issued. However once the client asks for the source code, we can no longer issue any refund for any reason.

Even after a project is considered to be completed, if clients requires to make rule changes to the existing project, be sure to know that we will always be there for you.
