• All custom programming project source codes (including all rights related) are property of clients.

• We agree to work under NDA if clients require.

• No information about clients' trading system will be re-distributed in any way. Each purchase includes free ongoing support for any errors or bugs in the code until all original requirements are fulfilled.

• Clients are advised to thoroughly test system before applying to live trading. Wise-EA MetaTrader Programming is not responsible for any losses incurred for any reason by using our product.

• 100% payment is requested to be made before coding begins. We will continue working on your project until all original requirements are satisfied. In the unlikely event that we have difficulty fulfill all your requirement in your written document within a reasonable time limit (60 days), we will issue partial or full refund.

• There shall be no refund given under the following conditions:

  • Client have already requested and received the source code of the particular transaction in question.​

  • Client have paid for further modifications of the same project following the particular transaction in question. 

  • Work related to the particular transaction in question was delivered more than 6 months ago.
