Pricing Guideline
All projects programming fees are fixed price based and estimate is done prior to each project/milestone.

Estimate is done based on a general hourly fee of $80 USD per hour, with consideration of a variety of factors, such as client experience level of the platform and trading in general, whether the system can be back tested, how unique of the logic involved and required completion time window. We try our hardest to maintain consistent standard when making estimates.

Minimum initial project fee is $200 USD.
​
There is no minimum fee on revision of existing projects, fees assessed on case by case basis.
​
We conduct thorough review and discussion with clients before each project starts, to ensure the accuracy of the estimates and quality of the delivery. Consultation at this stage is free of obligation for clients.

We make our estimate in USD, if it's nessary for clients to pay with other currency, we will use live spot conversion rate with no markup.
Payment Guideline
Payment of each project/milestone should be made prior to programming start.

We are very committed in finding ways for clients to pay without incurring extra fees, please see if any of the payment method below fits your needs.

For all clients who either have Paypal account or a credit card are welcome to use Paypal for payment. Please note we only accept USD or CAD with Paypal payment. CAD payment is preferred is you are not a US client.

For long term clients whose local currency is EUR, GBP, USD or AUD, please ask about making payment using local bank transfer to avoid conversion and transaction fees. Details see FAQ.

For clients with bank accounts with Canadian banking institutions, please ask about making payment using email money transfer in CAD to avoid conversion and transaction fees.
